Answers to the questions we are asked most often about ordering, packs and your account.
How do pack sizes work?
Most of our products are sold in packs. Each product page shows the pack options available (for example “Pack of 1”, “Pack of 3” or “Pack of 6”). The price displayed is the price for the whole pack, and where a pack contains more than one piece we also show the equivalent price per piece.
What do “Regular Size” and “Plus Size” mean?
Some styles are offered in a regular size range and a plus size range. Please read the product description for the UK sizes included in each option before ordering.
Can I order more than one colour of the same style?
Yes. Select a colour and pack option, add it to your basket, then repeat for any other colours you would like. Each colour and pack combination appears as its own line in your basket.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. Checkout is available to registered customers so that we can keep your business details, order history and invoices together. Registration is free and takes a couple of minutes on the My Account page.
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods available to you are displayed at checkout. More information is available on our Payment Information page.
How can I track my order?
Log in to My Account to view the status of your orders, or use our order tracking page with your order number and billing email address.
Can I quickly reorder something I bought before?
Yes. Open a completed order in My Account and use the “Order again” button to add the same items to your basket.
What is your returns policy?
Please read our Returns & Refunds page before ordering, and contact us if you have a question about a specific order.
Can I save products to look at later?
Yes. Use the heart icon on any product to add it to your wishlist.
Will the colours look exactly like the photographs?
We aim to photograph every product accurately, but colours can appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
